At BR Krav Maga & Kickboxing we host high-intensity and full body kickboxing workouts in Baton Rouge. Those just starting are advised to start slowly. Always pay attention to your body and hydrate when you need to. Then you can begin to work your way up to kickboxing at full intensity.

Sometimes it can be frustrating if you’re having trouble keeping up. That does not mean you should quit. If you cannot follow the teacher’s movements perfectly, continue moving to get the benefits of kickboxing. As you practice and continue being patient, improvement will come.
